As a reformed litigator, I noticed a gap between my corporate clients’ litigation matters and things they could have prevented up front. Basically, business owners dove head first into launching without the proper checks and balances and ended up in a lawsuit. That was where I came in and had to deliver the news that key steps were missed early on that could have prevented or limited exposure. I hated hearing my clients tell me that they wished they had known what to do earlier on when starting their business. I knew I could help.
